Abstract :
This paper analyzed shortcomings of multi ingredients control methods. The four-group Ingredient system of certain marked cement was adopted to prove that, improper proportional control of each ingredient will lose quality. Aimed at solve the problem of limited samples, strong real time, unstable flow speed of raw meal, through reforming the mouth of input of raw meal, adding the control valve and using fuzzy support vector machine to predict and control the flow speed of raw meal, the result was better. Algorithm was proved and contrast experiments were applied with ANN and common kernel functions in this paper. Results give some kind of guide for similar questions.
