Abstract
Low frequency emission in range of 100 Hz-20 kHz it is accepted to consider as radio interference, actually they are the useful tool for diagnostic and analysis of dynamic processes in environment. The usefulness of noise obtained on the "Intercosmos" satellite data is routine.
