The Research and Practice of Beijing E-Government Information System Integration Framework

This paper put forward an inter-departmental system integration framework to resolve the problem of information interchange among government departments. With the investigation of inter-departmental application integration requirements in Beijing in the past 5 years, we prosecuted and established a universal facing inter-departmental application integration framework. The framework has been reused in Beijing municipal government and 6 subordinate governments. These governments have integrated more than 80 interdepartmental application systems in the union framework by the end of 2008. Through practice, we can draw the conclusion that the framework can be reused in the other governments and resolve their information interchange problems.
