Abstract
As the basis of competition increasingly depends on the quality of knowledge assets of companies, to sustain competitive advantage, companies must develop critical organisational knowledge. In this paper issues related to utilising knowledge within a company are investigated using a case study. Key findings of the study are outlined, and a framework is proposed to assist organisations in building critical organisational knowledge.
