  • Abstract
    To achieve of the goal of lower cost and higher efficiency of the civil aircraft maintenance, a distributed data acquisition system integrated with embedded and CAN-bus technology was designed based on virtual instrument. In this system, the obtained parameters can be concentrated on processing and managing by CAN-bus. And the sensor´s capability of self-marking and self-correction is achieved by TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheets) defined in IEEE1451.2 standard. The general design scheme of the distributed data acquisition system was presented in the paper, and hardware architecture of data acquisition terminal and the design of system´s software were described. System PC software platform was structured by LabVIEW language. According to the aircraft maintenance manuals, the system was designed to meet the airworthiness requirements, so as to improve the security of aircraft operations.
