Abstract :
In this paper, we built a three-dimensional modeling of chassis for Solar-powered electric vehicles using Solid Works software. First, we added constraint relationship to the components of steering mechanism. Then we made kinematics and dynamics simulation to the steering mechanism by the ADAMS simulation software. We Obtained that the steering mechanism has a under steering performance. It was theoretically proved that the feasibility of steering mechanism. At the end we optimized the design of the steering mechanism.
