Abstract :
The year that the Evans-McElroy Award is conferred is shown in the left column. The bibliographic citation is given in brackets in the right column. From 1974-1983, the award was conferred for the best-written paper. Since then, the Evans-McElroy Award has been based on both the written paper and the speaker??s presentation. The award is conferred at the following Symposium. The 1985 Proceedings is the first to contain the award based on the two criteria. The 1985-1993 Proceedings contain the listing for all of the awards conferred during 1974-1983.
