Abstract :
In this paper an approach for developing evolutionary multi-criterion optimization (EMO) algorithms for designing computational devices (CDs), implemented on VLSI has been analyzed. Three parameters: reliability, speed performance estimation and total costs for design and manufacturing have been chosen as the basic optimization criteria when developing CDs.
