Knowledge Management Analysis Framework Based on WSR System Methodology

Based on discussion about existing problems in WSR system methodology and knowledge management, the paper looks into the WSR-based knowledge management process, constructs a three-dimensional analysis framework which integrates Wuli, Shili and Renli, three aspects integral to knowledge management activities. From the perspective of Wuli, Shili and Renli, the material/matter aspect and behavior-based human aspect are discussed within the context of knowledge management. The paper provides both theoretical basis and guiding principles for promoting knowledge management.
