  • Abstract
    This paper picks up a analysis system for roundness error of revolution body based on hypothesized instrument. Aiming at the signal can be interrupted from outside, this paper uses wavelet denoising algorithm and “53H algorithm” which made by LabVIEW and MATLAB to finish error segregation. According to the smallest region method of roundness error, this paper adopts the real number code to evaluate the roundness error based on the improved genetic algorithm. It carry on directed mutation and change mutation step size adaptively as the trend of search points´ adaptive value. It can achieve the high precision, and has good robustness.
