Abstract :
The paper is devoted to theoretical research of processes of generation and distribution of light radiation from surface and subsurface underwater high-energy non-stationary sources of gamma-rays. The special attention is given to influence of an interface of two media with different physical properties on parameters of the light signal registered by the removed receiver of light radiation. These researches have the important practical significance for development of optical means of remote monitoring of high-energy processes of a natural and artificial origin.
