Abstract :
The management of Supply Chain is an important factor to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. In the e-commerce environment, it is necessary to take the effective performance evaluation and analysis on Supply chain in order to make it become a new economic growth in the true sense. This paper has established an evaluation mode to complete the performance analysis and calculation on Supply chain. Besides, this paper used the method of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process. In addition, the data results have verified the availability of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. In future, the evaluation of Supply Chain can use this model.
