Abstract :
With advancement in digital technology , a span-new industry time has been opening by the converged development of Internet industry, communication industry, and radio & television industry. Achieving the goal of "creating new customers\´ experience, and enhancing new customers\´ value", the service experiential system is constructed and composed of 4 subsystems, which are product design subsystem, experiential subsystem, services marketing subsystem, as well as relationship management subsystem. With bicyclol structure, the services experiential system for the digital convergence services clearly manifests the operation through the whole process of customer consumption. Under the influence of the external factors, the system cooperatively operates with dynamic and open characters.
