Abstract
Summary form only given. The formal electromagnetic description of the anisotropy, taking into account the influence of the magnetic field in the dielectric and magnetic permittivity tensors of the medium is true for small scale phenomena. Increasing the linear scale complicates the problem and demands additional field functions in examining the boundary conditions. The article presents a theoretical model for the solution of self-coordinated electrodynamic boundary problems of the anisotropic plasma media both nonstationary and stationary.
