Abstract :
Against the problem of the decline in the level of service caused by the interferences in the distribution of grain and oil, we make a model on disruption management in vehicle scheduling under the premise of full consideration of the constraints on cost, time and so on. At the same time, using the local search optimization of particle swarm optimization algorithm to solving the model, we verify the effectiveness of the model combining the simulation examples.
