Study on Complex Planning and Development of City Traffic and Its Properties

City traffic plays an important role in the city construction system. With respect to the situation that the transport infrastructure effectiveness can´t match with its investment, at the basis of the analysis on the influence mechanism between city traffic and the surrounding properties, this paper quantitative analyzes the extent impact on the surrounding properties from city traffic by using Hedonic Price Method (HPM), and makes recommendations that integrated planning and development should be drawn up between city traffic and the surrounding properties.
