Abstract :
This paper mainly focused on resource allocation algorithm in Cognitive Radio networks. We proposed one semi-static resource allocation algorithm based on OFDMA-TDD. This algorithm can determine whether secondary users get the rights to seize the shared spectrum according to the required data rate of secondary users, so it can make the primary users share the spectrum with secondary users so as to raise the spectrum utilization. We analyzed this algorithm with system model and simulate with the value of SNR and data rate. The results indicate that this algorithm can improve the spectrum utilization effectively; in addition, it can ensure the stable system output when the primary and secondary users use the shared spectrum together to cause collision.
