Abstract :
Equipment in assembled state of hematology analyzer is a efficient technological instrument which prevent, diagnose, cure infection or tumour. Hematology analyzer is the most commonly-used equipment in all kinds of hospital laboratories. For checking the constancy of performance of the instrument and repeatability and reproducibility of mensurate result, whole blood quality control materials is utilised in internal quality control before use hematology analyzer. Because of whole blood quality control materials is hemal materials, so its period of validity is very short , variations may occur with any time. So whole blood quality control materials were prepared by partial fixation with aldehydes in different proportion to whole blood. So as to not only fixup red cell, white cell and blood platelet, but also red blood can be haemolyzed by hemolytic agent. Accordingly, the result during periods can be stable. Assess result of experiment, we can confirmed that: think over stability of capability , cost and safety, when we choose a appropriate proportion, although temperature is 37degC,the ingredient of whole blood quality control material can be stabilization in 76 hours, which can satisfaction.
