Abstract :
Here, we show unmistakable signatures of photon blockade in a strongly coupled single-quantum dot (QD) cavity system by demonstrating anti-bunching of photons upon pulsed resonant excitation of the lowest energy polariton state. When we tune the laser into two-photon resonance with the higher-lying polariton states, we observe strong bunching.
