Abstract :
The basic article of research in this work is the development methodology and uncovering of system modifications. Methodology is a mechanism aggregate, which adapts in acting of system development and joins a general approach. Effectiveness can be thought out for such projection methodology, attached to which an organizational structure of this process provides the rational expense of human and calculable resources.
