Abstract
Carried out an analysis of wavelet transform features in medical diagnostics. The main ways of improvement of algorithms for wavelet transform for medical diagnostic systems have been suggested. A new technique of algorithm computation cost for fast orthogonal Daubechies wavelet transform is given.
