Abstract :
China is committed to promoting the development of high-tech industry, and clarity of the evolution rules of high-tech industries is very important for making industrial policies. This paper presents development rules of high-tech industries from the view of relationship between innovation feature factors and value-added with statistics data from National Bureau of Statistics by dual-density dependent model and density dependence model. It was found that the R&D investment generated direct stronger promotion role for value-added growth than new product development investment (NPDI), but value-added redistributed more resources for NPDI than R&D investment in turn. Comparative analysis with the communication industry testified this conclusion.
