Abstract :
The ultimate aim of our research is a creation and development of a universal diagnostic tool for semiautomatic diagnosis of various brain amyloidoses based on an universal amyloid plaque computer pattern image segmentation techniques, Presented method is universal and can be applied to recognition of a wide class of microscopic objects. The authors expect that the experimental procedures could also lead to modification of the CJD diagnosis. The further application of a diagnostic system based on an amyloid plaque pattern for screening animals is also feasible. The authors investigate research in approximation of analytical distributed functions for given colour space and improve an object recognition by the proposed system using fuzzy logic or systolic networks.
