Abstract :
Indirect Financing Difficulties for SMEs is a widespread problem, which is even more prominent and complicated in China because of lags of the reform and imperfectness of the financing system. Based on the background of China´s macro economy in the period of transition, the paper tends to analyze indirect financing difficulties for SMEs in order to draw some inspiring conclusions by establishing the dynamic game model of bank-enterprise relations.
