Abstract :
Soil-bin provides a stable platform for the design and research of agricultural machine. An automatic controlling system was developed in order to improve the degree of automation. Industrial Control Computer and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) were taken as the core control of the system. The system integrated kinds of techniques including variable frequency adjustable speed system, PXI bus technique, Lab View, image processing, etc. A Research on Scheme of control system was introduced. The function, basic components, Protection and Anti-interference Measures were discussed.
