Abstract :
A digital mammograph database reflecting oriental female´s dense mammary feature is proposed. From this feature, aiming at the limitation of current computer assistant diagnosis system, the database´s physical structure is carefully designed based on the corresponding arithmetic in the mammary disease CAD system. The instruction of key technique in the communication between database and application is presented. The system built on this database is capable to provide clinic assistant diagnosis as a second X-ray image reader in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy and convenience.
