Abstract :
It is problem on low of dropping frequency and small of filling power. Friction plate and compressive structure are designed on the cell wheel feed precision seed-metering. The seed is compressed by the friction depends on the friction plate and the cell wheel feed precision metering. And then, the filling power of seed is aggrandized effectively. The designed metering device is also tested on test bench. Test results show that qualification index A >; 90%, overlapping seeding index D<;5% and missing seeding index M<;5% in the cell wheel line speed 0.48m/s, plant spacing 5cm, seedbed belt speed 6.9km/h.
