Abstract :
In order to reduce the towing resistance of the digging maize stubble device and ensure the indicators of reducing missing ratio and raising the harvest productivity when reaping maize, the new harvest technique was put forward, namely, stubble cutting shovel first stretch stubble ridge, and then maize rhizomes were collected by rhizome pick-up device and auxiliary pick-up device together. A pick-up tooth with U-structure and arc structure was designed. At first the motion coordination between rhizome pick-up device and assistant pick-up device and the motion interference among other parts of maize harvest machine were analyzed and checked by the help of motion simulation mould of Pro/ENGINEER software, and then the whole placement of all parts and their designs were improved, at last the maize harvest machine possessing compact structure and high efficiency was designed. The field experiments prove that the designed maize harvest machine can meet the design performance index and possesses the good work dependability, which is of great significance for subsequent research.
