Abstract :
In order to study the load characteristics of Roller Husker depth and system, this article put forward the concept of equivalent coefficient of friction through established the Roller Husker´s drive system model; discussed the relationship between the production parameters the equivalent coefficient of friction and the equivalent coefficient of friction and load through theoretical analysis and experimental research; the results showed that the roll pressure and the load was positively correlated; wire-speed difference and the load of the fast roll was negative correlated and positively correlated with the load of the slow roll; speed equivalent to the equivalent coefficient of friction has little effect; the effect of flow to them is very small.
