Abstract :
The work of the reliability of ZH1110 diesel engine was studied using the engine test platform in accordance with the requirements of the test specification. The results show that the first time of no-fault mean working time (MTTFF) is 558h, the mean time between failures (MTBF) is 1000 hours, the composite score without failure (Q) is 66.5 points. The performance of the engine was no significant change before and after reliability test, and the wear of the main parts is normal in disassemble examination. Therefore, the ZH1110 diesel engine has good reliability.
