Abstract :
MR myelography (MR imaging of nerve root of the Lumber vertebra) is one of examination methods widely used. Either 2D or 3D scanning is selected depending on the patient lesions. There are so many tactics to perform MR myelography that is not suitably optimized. On the other hand, whole-body 3T MRI machines are now used world wide and many cerebrospinal data are reported, however, tactics to perform 3T MR myelography are not suitably established. We present here an optimized scanning strategy of MR myelography and newly developed sequence for 3T MRI.
