Abstract :
Aiming at project investment decision-making issue, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to solve fuzziness in investment decision-making. Entropy weight method was applied to calculate weights of the influencing factors of investment decision-making, which avoided the subjective interference of fuzzy method in valuing weight matrix. Water saving irrigation project investment decision-making issue of a certain region was taking as an application example. The results indicated that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight estimated the advantages and disadvantages of schemes effectively. And the research in the paper provides new method and idea for investment decision-making issues.
