Abstract :
By reviewing relevant theories, the definition and research object of competency in safety occupation aptitude research has being cleared. Then, by introducing the competency theory in human resource management into the research of safety occupation aptitude, and drawing on the establishment and inspection method of competency model, this paper provides a new method and theoretical basis for establishing special industry safety competency model.
