Abstract :
This paper was proposed to set up a new field for seeder design without inserting part. A set of hydro-jet device was designed to autocontrol three procedures: dropping seeds, delivering seeds, seeds jet. Experiments had showed that the set of device could harmonize three basic actions well under singlechip control and control parameters could be adjusted directly by program. Experiment analysis also had demonstrated that pressure and height influenced the size of film hole and planting depth significantly. According to regression equation, different planting requests could be gained by adjusting the value of pressure and height.
