Abstract :
In this paper a new proposal of multi-functional level meter is presented. Here we have developed a structure sensor with four electrodes thus it is called as a multi-functional parallel-plate capacitor sensor. By detecting three capacitance values, the level of liquid is estimated. Moreover, permittivity of the liquid and the inclined angle of liquid container are also measured at the same time. In this process three theoretical formulas are used as tools. The outcome of this research proves that the proposed sensor can be used to estimate the level, the permittivity and the inclined angle in some conditions at the same time.
