Abstract :
In this paper, the design of the RF front-end transceiver of base-station for 2600MHz TD-LTE-A communication which bandwidth is 100MHz is provided. High performance is obtained. For the transmitter, the IMD3 is less than -40dB when the transmitting power is 0.2W. In the signal test of 16-QAM modulation, the TX EVM is less than 1.8% under the condition of 10M symbol per second (sps), and less than 8.2% under the condition of 100M sps. For the receiver, the RX EVMs of splicing sub-carriers in each band within the pass band are no more than 2.3%. The transceiver switch time is about 1.7μs.
