  • Abstract
    The adjust device of the conveyor with belt and rakes had shortcomings included low precision and a lot of work and time-consuming. The new-style conveyor with belt and rakes was researched, and the adjust device with the handle will Replace the former the nut adjust device. The parts models of the new-style conveyor with belt and rakes were established based on the part design sub-module of mechanical design module of CATIA software, and the device was analyzed using on the DMU Kinematics sub-module of the Digital Mockup module. The model and kinematics analysis of the new-style conveyor with belt and rakes will provide reference and foundation for the conveyor design based on the CATIA software.
