Analysis on application of near zero-nonconformity process to test laboratory

According to weaknesses and deficiencies in quality control of many sophisticated testing laboratory. this paper discusses how to apply the quality control methods and statistical techniques of theory“ near zero-nonconformity process” to monitor and calibration processes of laboratory equipments, inspection processes, and the statistical process to testing reports. As well, the paper discusses how to establish the quality management system which is applied to near zero-nonconformity process. the application of theory “near zero-nonconformity process” can help the test laboratory realize effectively quality control .
