  • Abstract
    This paper presents different Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPAs) with power levels from 3 to 14 W at Ku-Band to be used as Travelling Wave Tube Amplifier (TWTA) replacements and in active array antennae for space application, all developed at MIER COMUNICACIONES.
