Abstract
This paper introduces a work-in-progress at the Open University of Catalonia. Following a user-centered design process, the powerful possibilities opened by the Internet of Things (IOT) are being included to eLearning in order to enhance the learning experience. The IOT represents an expansion of the learning environment and will bring tangibility to the learning process, adding to the most commonly used tools, the computer and the paper.
