Abstract
The EMC has a vast market potential in China. The power supply enterprises could get good society benefit and enterprise benefit if they carried out the EMC by their own advantages. But the power supply enterprises are the first time to expose EMC, so to formulate a reasonable implementation strategy and conduct scientific and effective risk assessment and prevention is the first important problem to be solved. In this paper, we used the strategic analysis tool SWOT to analyze the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of the power supply enterprises to implement EMC, the "three steps" implementation strategy was put forward. Then, we identified the risks for the power supply enterprises to implement EMC and built the risk evaluation index system, established Fuzzy-AHP mode and conducted a case study.
