Abstract :
During accidental navy pollution, it is necessary to optimize communications between the various involved persons and to implement decision-making tools relying on new information and communication technologies, in order to identify the risks and to assure the effective coordination of the fight and survey operations. POLLUCOM, a RITMER project, is a system dedicated to the communication and the management of sea and ground, metropolitan France and overseas territories POLMAR information. The aim of the article is explain the objectives and the description of the system.
