Abstract :
Reliability test is the important means to improve the software reliability and to assure the software quality. In this paper, aimed at the Beidou receiver DSP embedded software, introduced the main test module and the test method for its unit testing, integration testing and system testing, and presents a reliability assessment method through indirect indicators test, thus design a set of reliability testing scheme.
