Results of the questionnaire shows that three channels are the most favorite opinions for construction safety, which are relative stable skilled-worker, relative fixed relationship between general contractor and subcontractor and workers participation in identifying hazards of construction process. On the other hand, new workers, unstable relationship between general contractor and subcontractors are the most unfavorable to construction safety,. Meanwhile, workers participation in decision-making of construction safety plan is also a feasible selection. The author argued that workers participation in construction safety management a should be practiced and studied, and Chinese construction enterprises must be in partner with general contractors/subtracters and experienced workers.
