Abstract :
Electrified railway traction loads were affected by many factors, so traction feeder currents has the characteristic of random time-varying. This paper analyzes distribution characteristic of traction feeder currents based on a great deal of measured data. Lognormal distribution function was used to fit the probability density of the feeders. Error analysis shows that this method is feasible. Samples of feeder current is obtained by using Monte Carlo method, whicth is helpful for the analysis of power quality of new routes.
