Abstract :
This paper describes a Ka band transceiver based on low temperature cofired ceramics (LTCC) technology. The proposed transceiver is implemented with 1.3mm substrate with all the passive elements as well as naked millimeter wave MMICS integrated in multilayer LTCC. The whole size of the transceiver is 78.3mm×57.6mm×17.3mm. The fabricated transceiver reveals a transmit power of about 30dBm and the receiving section has greater than 26dB of gain and less than 5dB NF.
