Discussion on strengthening cost management in agricultural and forestry SMEs

Strengthening forestry small and medium-sized enterprise´s cost management is of great practical significance for enhancing enterprise´s competitiveness and promoting enterprise´s sustainable development. Incomplete accounting system, backward cost management thoughts, weak financial control capacity, unsystematic vision and irrational property right system are the existing situation and problems in agricultural and forestry small and medium-sized enterprises. The paper carries out discussion and demonstration in response to such situation and problems, proposes countermeasures and suggestions like standardizing system construction, updating management thoughts, introducing innovative system, smoothing property right relation and innovating cost management in order to improve cost management in agricultural and forestry SMEs.
