Abstract
Changing farmers´ attitude and raising motive force are the inner demand for extending healthy culture model in the pig industry. The paper discussed influence factors that impede farmers involving the healthy pig industry, designed a dynamic mechanism model based on the coefficient of sharing benefits and risk between enterprise and farmers using the theory of principal-agent. The special investment proportion of the two parties, effective level of farmer´s work, the observation of farmer´s work and the change of market environment are critical dimensions in the dynamic mechanism designation.
