Abstract :
This paper considers the problem of H∞ controller design method for singular systems with time-varying delays in the state and control input. Especially, we indicate the errors of the paper by Shi et at. (Proc. Conf. on Decision and Control (2000)), and present a new sufficient condition for the existence of H∞ controller for delayed singular systems.
