Abstract :
Aimed at structure retrofit of sprocket shaft, combining with the practical working conditions, theoretical calculation, finite element method (FEM) Analysis and model test are applied in research. The results show, numerical value of traditional mechanical algorithm is relative small, FEM can express the influence of actual structure, and results are more reliable. FEM Analysis represents stress distribution of the whole assembly parts and contact pressure, that breaks through the limitation of traditional algorithm, can reflect distribution and magnitude of stress concentration, analysis results have certain reference value to determine the size of appropriate interference fit, optimize part structure, offers theoretical support and numerical reference for engineering application of structure retrofit of sprocket shaft.
